Michael A. Beck

</element><element id="paragraph-1" type="body"><![CDATA[Michael A. Beck, 55, of St. Mary, Mo., died June 27, 2012 at his residence.

He was born on July 5, 1956 in Perry County, Ill., son of Raymond and Lucille (Rabe) Beck. He and Dona J. Kartune were married on Dec. 19, 1992. She survives in St. Mary, Mo.

Mr. Beck had been a crane operator for Robinson Construction in Perryville. He was a member of the American Thresherman Association.

Other survivors include three children, Nick Beck of Jackson, Mo., Brandon (Kelly) Morton of LaPorte, Tex., Emily Beck of Jackson; a sister, Marilyn (Glen) Brickhaus of Perryville; three grandchildren, Nate Brock, Kasey Brock, Shayna Morton and a great-grandson, Devon.

He was preceded in death by his parents.

Friends may call at Young & Sons Funeral Home on Saturday, June 30 from 4:00 to 8:00 p.m. and on Sunday, July 1 from 8:00 to 11:00 a.m. He will then be taken to Trinity Lutheran Church in Pinckneyville, Ill. for visitation from 12 noon until time of service at 1:00 p.m. with Rev. David Kollmeyer officiating.

Memorials are preferred to Crown Hospice.
