Mary Irene Chapman

</element><element id="paragraph-1" type="body"><![CDATA[Mary Irene Chapman, 86, of Centralia, passed away at 12:40 p.m., Saturday, May 19, 2012 at the Centralia Fireside House in Centralia.

Irene was a homemaker and had worked in different restaurants. She was of the Baptist faith.

She was born July 19, 1925 at Du Bois, Ill. the daughter of Tony and Leona (Vaughn) Nowicki.

Irene married Jesse W. Chapman on July 8, 1950 in Greene County, Ark. and he preceded her in death on March 15, 2010.

She is survived by one son- David Chapman of Centralia, sister- Rose Klamm of Nashville.

She was preceded in death by her parents, husband and sister- Gertrude Jenkins.

Graveside services were at 10:00 a.m., Tuesday, May 22, 2012 at the Antioch Cemetery in Tamaroa with Bro. Paul Lipe officiating.

Those attending the services were asked to go directly to the cemetery.

Burial was in the Antioch Cemetery at Tamaroa.

Friends may make memorials to any Baptist Church and will be accepted at the funeral home.
