The Randolph County Extension & 4-H Education Foundation would like to thank everyone who supported the annual Randolph County 4-H Pancake Day on March 26 at the Sparta VFW. 4-H Pancake Day is the largest fundraiser for the county 4-H program, and this year's event was a great success. 4-H Pancake Day brings together residents, businesses, and organizations from throughout the county in a tremendous outpouring of support for the youth in Randolph County 4-H. 4-H is for young people ages 8-18. Children ages 5-7 can enroll as a Cloverbud. 4-H is for all young people regardless of where they live, what their backgrounds are, or what interests them. 4-H provides a chance to learn new things, develop new skills, travel to new places, experience new situations, make new friends, and most importantly have lots of fun. Anyone interested in learning more about 4-H in Randolph County can contact the University of Illinois Extension Office in Sparta at 443-4364. Thanks again to everyone for supporting Randolph County 4-H Pancake Day.
