Jacob Andrew Craig
</element><element id="paragraph-1" type="body"><![CDATA[Jacob Andrew Craig, 19, of Du Quoin, passed away at 4:50 p.m., Wednesday, Feb. 9, 2011 at the Marshall Browning Hospital in Du Quoin.
Jacob was a student at John A. Logan College. He was a member of the First Baptist Church in Du Quoin. He was a 2010 graduate of Du Quoin High School. He enjoyed outdoor activities and baseball. He also liked music, playing on and repairing computers, and enjoyed hanging out with his friends.
He was born Dec. 16, 1991 at Du Quoin, Ill., the son of Lance D. and Teresa (Shepard) Craig.
He is survived by his parents of Du Quoin, one sister - Jessica Craig of Du Quoin, one nephew - Bryson Craig of Du Quoin, maternal grandparents - Wayne and Billie Shepard of Du Quoin, paternal grandparents - Paul and Jean Jones of Du Quoin, paternal great grandparents - Clarence and Wanda Jones of Du Quoin, several aunts, uncles, cousins and many friends.
Funeral services were at 10:00 a.m., Monday, Feb. 14, 2011 at the First Baptist Church in Du Quoin with Rev. Joe Wagner officiating.
Friends called from 5 to 8 p.m. Sunday at the First Baptist Church in Du Quoin and from 9 A.M. until the time of service at the church on Monday.
Burial was in the Sunset Memorial Park at Du Quoin.
Friends may make memorials to the First Baptist Church in Du Quoin and will be accepted at the funeral home.
