Phyllis A. Cook

</element><element id="paragraph-1" type="body"><![CDATA[Phyllis A. (Endsley) Cook born Jan. 26, 1929, wife of Louis E. Cook Jr. of Du Quoin, passed away peacefully in her sleep with family members present on Sept. 22, 2010.

She is survived by her husband L.E. Cook Jr.; children, Louis E. Cook III and LuAnn E. (Cook) Souders; her grandchildren, Parker Fogle, Michael Souders, Kelly (Cook) Rose, Louis E. Cook IV and 11 great grandchildren.

She will be dearly missed.
