Plight of the elderly

Once again I will try to draw attention to the plight of the elderly and disabled living in the high rise. Several people have bad congested lungs from second hand smoke and air pollution from renovating a closed up building. Old dirty pipes and walls being taken down, sawing plastic pipes and drilling concrete inside as we live here. When they go to a doctor they are told they have pleurisy or the flu; when actually their lungs are full of described pollution. Maybe someone will listen before someone dies from it.
