Wilma Anna Haun

</element><element id="paragraph-1" type="body"><![CDATA[Wilma Anna Haun, age 97, of Edwardsville, Ill. died at University Health and Rehab Center in Edwardsville.

She was born on April 13, 1913 in Perry County, Illinois, the daughter of the late Harry L. and Hazel (Schute) Craig. Wilma was a nurse&#39;s assistant for 23 years, working at St. Elizabeth&#39;s Hospital in Belleville, Illinois and then worked as a private nurse. She married Joseph E. Haun on Sept. 6, 1933 in Richview, Illinois. He preceded her in death on July 10, 1973.

Wilma is survived by one son Melvin Lee Haun of Carbondale, Ill.; one daughter Hazel Loucks and husband Donald of Edwardsville, Ill.; four grandchildren, Robert Haun, Mark Loucks and wife Janel, Leesa Zick and husband Stephen, Steve Loucks and wife Debbie Maneke; 10 great grandchildren, Kody Zick, Ben Lewis, Danny Loucks, Kolt Zick and wife Ashley, Hope Loucks Schissel and husband Todd, Brittney Loucks, Kayla Loucks, Alex Loucks, James Haun, Carol Ann Haun; a sister, Susie Seibert and husband Kenneth of Chatham, Ill.

She was preceded in death by a daughter, Clara Mae Haun; two grandchildren, Lee and Tim Haun; one brother Robert Craig and four sisters, Ina Mae Morgenthaler, Clara Ethel Hood, Harriet Hood and Melba Rice.

She was a member of St. John&#39;s United Methodist Church in Edwardsville, Illinois and was a 50 year member of the United Methodist Women&#39;s Circle.

Visitation was held from 10:00 am to 11:00 am on Saturday, Jan. 8, 2011 at St. John&#39;s Church. Services were at 11:00 am on Saturday, at St. John&#39;s with Rev. Sheryl Palmer officiating. Interment was at St. Paul Cemetery in Nashville, Illinois.

Family requests memorials be made to St. John&#39;s United Methodist Church Choir or St. John&#39;s Church Building Fund.
