</element><element id="paragraph-1" type="body"><![CDATA[SHANNON NICOLE WALLER, 23, of Chester, Illinois, passed away at 7:31 pm, Wednesday, January 12, 2011 at Chester Memorial Hospital, Chester, Illinois.

Shannon was born to Ricky R. and Jill Elise (nee Brayfield) Waller on September 16, 1987 in Nierenberg, Germany.

Shannon was never married. She was a 2006 Graduate of Chester High School where she had been a Student Council Representative. She was a graduate of Hickey College in St. Louis where she received an Associates Degree as an Administrative Assistant.

She was a member of St. Mary Catholic Church, Chester, Illinois.
