</element><element id="paragraph-1" type="body"><![CDATA[Shirley C. Clevenger, 86, of St. Petersburg, FL, formerly of Chester, IL, passed away at 6:15 pm on Friday, October 8, 2010 at the Edward White Hospital in St. Petersburg, Florida.

She was born to the late Edward and Carrie (nee: Burgess) Andrews on July 9, 1924 in Ebenezer, IL.

She married James Lawder Clevenger on June 20, 1942 in St. Louis, MO. He survives.

Shirley was a retired payroll clerk for the Gilster Mary-Lee Corporation.

She was a member of the First Presbyterian Church in Chester, IL and the Church Ladies Guild.

Survivors: Husband: James Lawder Clevenger St. Petersburg, FLl; 1 Daughter: Joyce Kay (Ed) Ehrenkonig St. Petersburg, FL; 7 Grandchildren; 8 Great Grandchildren

Preceded in death by: Parents, 1 Son - Gary and 9 Brothers and Sisters

Funeral Service: 10:00 am, Saturday October 23, 2010 at Pechacek-McClure Funeral Chapel, Chester, IL

Officiating: Rev. Cecil Dunning

Visitation: Friday, 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm and Saturday, 7:30 am to 10:00 am at Pechacek-McClure Funeral Home, Chester, IL

Interment: Ebenezer Cemetery in Rockwood, IL
