She was born to Charles and Shirley (nee Floerke) Cook on December 12, 1965 in Tallahassee, Florida.

She had been a Nurse at Chester Mental Health for 20 years and she was now working at Ste. Genevieve Care Center, Ste. Genevieve, Missouri.

She was a member at St. Mary's Catholic Church, Chester, Illinois.

Survivors: 3 Daughters Heather Lochhead Houston, TX; Amanda Lochhead Chester, IL; Sarah Lochhead Chester, IL; Mother Shirley Cook Waterloo, IL; 1 Granddaughter Kallie Mueller Chester, IL; 1 Brother Charles (Dana) Cook, Jr. St. Peters, MO; 3 Sisters Cynthia (Dan) Speed Wilton, IA; Constance (Mark) Eddy Kansas City, KS; Kimberly (Justin) Sitzman Louisville, KY

Preceded in death by: Father - Charles Cook

Funeral Mass was held at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, October 9, 2010 at St. Mary's Catholic Church, Chester, IL. Officiating: Father Eugene Wojcik

Interment was at St. Mary's Catholic Cemetery Chester, Illinois

Visitation was Friday - from 4:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m. and Saturday from - 7:30 am - 9:30 a.m. at Pechacek-McClure Funeral Home, Chester, IL
