Cecile Ann Moore

</element><element id="paragraph-1" type="body"><![CDATA[Cecile Ann "Ceil" Moore of Marquand, Mo., formerly of Pinckneyville, Ill., passed away on Tuesday, Nov, 10, 2009 in Madison Medical Center, Fredericktown, Mo.

Ceil was born on Dec. 15, 1941 in Springfield, Ill., a daughter to Maurice and Wilhemina Velma (Novotny) Yoggerst. She married Tony Moore and he survives. Ceil was a previous member of St. Bruno Catholic Church. She was a correctional officer for The Department of Corrections at Graham Prison; she had also worked as a coalminer and owned and operated Ceil Hiller Dance Studio. Ceil was a professional dancer who toured the country performing with a dance group during the 1960's.

Ceil is survived by her husband; two sons, Shawn Hiller, Darren (Florentina) Hiller; three daughters, Colleen (Olin) Lacy, Maureen (Peter) Barbacovi and Bridget (Charles) Shopinski; step-sons, Phil (Mary Jo) Moore, Wade Moore, Kenny (Ellen) Moore and Glen (Trina) Moore and was dearly loved by her many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents; a son, Kevin M. Hiller; a daughter-in-law, Jo Carol Hiller and a brother, Frank Yoggerst.

Funeral services were held at St. Bruno Catholic Church, Pinckneyville, Ill. on Saturday, Nov. 14, 2009 at 10:00 a.m. with Father Brian Barker officiating. Graveside service was held at Shiloh Cemetery, Coffeen, Ill. on Saturday at 2:00 p.m. with Father Ted Schelich officiating. Interment will follow.

Friends called at Pyatt Funeral Home, Pinckneyville, Ill. on Friday from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. and on Saturday from 8:00 a.m. until 9:30 a.m.
