Agnes T. MIller

</element><element id="paragraph-1" type="body"><![CDATA[Agnes T. Miller, age 96, of Pinckneyville, Ill., passed away on Tuesday, Sept. 22, 2009 at 7:17 a.m. in Marshall Browning Hospital, Du Quoin, Ill.

Agnes was born on April 30, 1913 in Pinckneyville, Ill., a daughter to Frank and Ida E. (Fiek) Wesseln. On Oct. 9, 1940, she married George F. Miller in St. Bruno Catholic Church, Pinckneyville, Ill. and he preceded her in death on Jan. 1, 1970. She was a homemaker, a member of St. Bruno Catholic Church, and formerly a member of the Stitch and Chatter Quilting Club and the Catholic Daughters of America and enjoyed gardening and canning.

Survivors include her son: Richard Miller of Harrisburg, Ill., daughter: Susan Ross of Du Quoin, Ill., sister: Ida Wesseln of Visalia, Calif., eight grandchildren, 15 great-grandchildren, eight great-great-grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, daughter: Joan Rinebold, three brothers: Robert Wesseln, John Wesseln and Jim Wesseln, and six sisters: Mildred McDonald, Florence Wesseln, Clara Wesseln, Marie Mann, Irene Loos and Edna Wesseln, in infancy.

Funeral Mass was held at St. Bruno Catholic Church, Pinckneyville, Ill. on Friday, Sept. 25, 2009 at 10:30 a.m. with Father Brian Barker officiating. Interment was in St. Bruno Catholic Cemetery.

Friends called at Pyatt Funeral Home, Pinckneyville, Ill. on Thursday from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. and on Friday from 8:00 a.m. until 10:00 a.m. with the Rosary being recited at 9:00 a.m.
