Thomas J. Price

</element><element id="paragraph-1" type="body"><![CDATA[Mr. Thomas J. Price of Nashville, Ill., formerly of Alton, Ill., departed this life in Nashville, Ill. on Tuesday, Aug. 18, 2009 at 10:55 a.m. He had attained the age of 54 years, one month and 15 days.

Mr. Price was born in Alton, Ill. on July 3, 1955, the son of Lawrence M. and Georgia L. (Lonqust) Price.

Thomas worked at the Consolidated Grain and Barge in Pinckneyville, Ill. for 11 years and he also worked as a bottler and forklift driver at Pepsi Cola Alton Bottling Company in Alton. He enjoyed fishing, camping, hunting, collecting Hot Wheels and he loved being with his grandchildren.

Left to mourn his passing is his mother, Georgia L. Price of Alton, a son, Joe Price and his wife Amber, a daughter, Crystal Price and her Fiance` Shawn Meyer all of Nashville, Ill., five brothers, John Price of Louisville, Ky., Larry (Sandy) Price of Brighton, Ill., Denny (Nancy) Price of Alton, Paul (Peggy) Price of Alton, and Jody (Becky) Price of Omaha, Nebr.; six sisters, Pat Rexhausen of Nashua, Mont., Mickey (Winston) Bullock of Greenwood, Ind., Janey (Larry) Schneider of Glasford, Ill., Leanne (Mark) Babor of Kane, Ill., Jolene (Gary) Bauser of Godfrey, Ill. and Dodie (Philip) Taylor of Alton, Ill.; seven grandchildren, nieces, nephews, other relation and friends.

He was preceded in death by his father and a son, Silas Price.

Funeral services were held at the Cornerstone Church in Bethalto, Ill. on Monday, Aug. 24, 2009 at 12:00 p.m. with Pastor Doug Fightmaster officiating and interment at the St. Patrick's Cemetery in Godfrey, Ill.

Friends may called at the Campagna Funeral Home in Nashville, on Sunday from 5 p.m. until 8 p.m. and at the church on Monday from 10 a.m. until the service hour.

Should friends desire memorial contributions can be made to the Family of Thomas Price and will be accepted at the Campagna Funeral Home.
