</element><element id="paragraph-1" type="body"><![CDATA[Clara O. Lybarger, 95, of Chester, Illinois, died July 30, 2009 at Three Springs Lodge Nursing Home, Chester, IL.

The daughter of Lawrence and Elizabeth (Auer) Stirnaman, he was born May 10, 1914, at Riley Lake, IL.

On April 23, 1935, she married Lester M. Lybarger at Riley Lake, IL, and he preceded her in death in 1997.

Clara was a homemaker and a member of St. Mary Catholic Church, Chester, and Blessed Virgin Mary Altar Sodality.

Survivors include two daughters-JoAnn Young (James Kerkhover) of Chester, IL and Pamela (William) Huffhine of Ava, IL; four grandchildren-Sheri Kattenbraker and Trudy Mitchell, both of Perryville, MO, William Huffhine, Jr. of Phoenix City, AL, and Sheila Gogue of Ava, IL; six great grandchildren-Tiffany, Tara Beth, Kala, Charles, Bradley and Dylan. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband; two brothers-Roy and Elmo Stirnaman; and two sisters-Edith Jordan and Edna Lybarger.

A Funeral Mass was held Saturday, August 1, 2009, at St. Mary Catholic Church, Chester, IL with Msgr. Dennis Schaefer officiating. Burial was in St. Mary Catholic Cemetery in Chester.

Memorials may be made for Masses or to St. Mary Catholic School.
