</element><element id="paragraph-1" type="body"><![CDATA[Judith Ellen Buck, 60, Homosassa, FL, formerly of Chester, IL, died July 22, 2009 at Memorial Hospital in Chester.

The daughter of Richard Wayne and Virginia Anne (Clark) Walker, she was born May 31, 1949, in Bayshore, NY.

On May 6, 1982, she married Rex L. Buck in Charleston, SC.

Judy was an administrative assistant at Gilster Mary-Lee, and she was an avid reader.

Survivors include her husband of Homosassa, FL; father of Destin, FL; three children-Douglas B. Puritis, Jr. of Charleston, SC, Tara Lee (Mike) Grippe of Long Island, NY, and Sabrina Lynn (Mark) Ray of Charleston, SC; four step children-Kevin Lee Buck of Franklin, AR, Michele Lynn (Ron) Herron of Franklin, AR, Laurence Victor Buck of Marble Falls, TX, and Jonathan Scott (Barbara) Buck of Newtown, CT; one sister, Geraldine Anne (Douglas) McGovern of Niceville, FL; and 10 grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her mother.

A Memorial Service was held Friday, July 24, 2009 at Pechacek-McClure Funeral Home, Chester, IL with Rev. C. F. Campbell officiating. It was Judy's wishes to be cremated.
