Lucille P. Ogilvie

</element><element id="paragraph-1" type="body"><![CDATA[ Lucille P. Ogilvie, age 91, of Swanwick, passed away on Sunday, June 14, 2009 at 6:45 a.m. in Friendship Manor Health Care, Nashville.

Lucille was born in Pinckneyville, on August 21, 1917, a daughter to Otto and Estela Pearl (Carson) Yung. On April 24, 1937 she married Britain Ogilvie in St. Paul United Church of Christ, Pinckneyville, and he preceded her in death on May 24, 1973. Lucille was a member of St. Paul United Church of Christ, Pinckneyville, where she was baptized on April 10, 1960. She had worked as a garment worker at the Pinckneyville Garment Factory and then at Decca Records. Lucille was a loving mother and grandmother and enjoyed spending time with her family.

She is survived by two sons: David (Helen) Ogilvie of Maple Shade, N.J. and Brent (Ilene) Ogilvie of Alexis, three daughters: Virginia (Joe) Hylla of Nashville, and Trula (Neal) Hirte and Brita Colston all of Coulterville, thirteen grandchildren, seventeen great-grandchildren and two great-great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband, one son: Frank Ogilvie, three brothers: Elmer, Lawrence and Clyde Yung, two sisters: Nina McCann and Norma Jean Wibbenmeyer and two grandsons: Tim Ogilvie and Travis Hylla.

Funeral services will be held at Pyatt Funeral Home, PInckneyvillle, on Saturday, June 20, 2009 at 11 a.m. with Pastor Cynthia Bean officiating. Interment will be in Bethel Cemetery, Swanwick.

Friends may call at Pyatt Funeral Home, Pinckneyville, on Friday from 6 p.m. until 8 p.m. and on Saturday from 8 a.m. until 11 a.m.
