Faith Margaret (Vandeventer) Segar, 90

</element><element id="paragraph-1" type="body"><![CDATA[Faith Margaret (Vandeventer) Segar, 90, of Cahokia, IL, formerly of Chester, IL, died January 12, 2009 at Cahokia Nursing and Rehab.

The daughter of Earl and Muriel (Wilkinson) Vandeventer, she was born July 25, 1918 in Veedersburg, TN.

Survivors include her husband, Robert Segar; three sisters-Virginia Carter, Juliet Dundore, and Christine Porcheddu; a sister-in-law, Clara (Henry) Althoff of Fults, IL; and a host of other relatives, friends, and neighbors. She was preceded in death by her parents and two brothers-in-law, Louis and Elsie Segar.

Graveside services will be held on Friday, January 23, 2009 at 1 p.m. at the Evergreen Cemetery in Chester, IL.

Braun Colonial Funeral Home, Cahokia, IL, was in charge of the arrangements.
