Tamaroa Man Arrested for Burglary

</element><element id="paragraph-1" type="body"><![CDATA[ The Jackson County Sheriff's Department arrested a 39 year-old Tamaroa man on burglary charges late Wednesday night.

Edward Harris was found hiding on the Froemling Tire and Supply lot on Tanner Road in rural Ava shortly before midnight.

Deputies responded to a burglar alarm sounding at the business and soon discovered signs of forced entry.

While searching the site, deputies discovered Harris and he was taken into custody without incident.

Items taken from inside the business were found in Harris' possession. He remains incarcerated at the Jackson County Jail in Murphysboro.
