Hildegarde Anna Marie Beck

</element><element id="paragraph-1" type="body"><![CDATA[ Hildegarde Anna Marie Beck, age 88, of Pinckneyville, IL, passed away at 5:15 p.m. on Saturday October 25, 2008 in Pinckneyville Health Care Center, Pinckneyville, IL.

Hildegarde was born on July 23, 1920 in rural Cutler, IL, a daughter of Fred and Anna (Mayer) Wagner. She was a member of Zion Lutheran Church, worked for Decca Records (TUMMS) for 44 years and was a homemaker.

She is survived by two sons: Alvin Beck of Pinckneyville, IL and Loren Beck of Anna, IL, two daughters: Margaret (Reverend James) Cumming of La Crosse, WI and Ruth Quillen of Bakersfield, CA, one son-in-law: Clifford Colbert of Du Quoin, IL, five grandchildren: Carol (Kevin) Arlt of La Crosse, WI, David (Brenda) Cumming of Allen, TX, Dr. Christine (Dr. Brent) Strunk of Monroe, LA, Amy Colbert of Du Quoin, IL and Michael Colbert of Johnson City, IL, ten great-grandchildren: Katherine and Susanna Arlt, Micah, Aaron and Jacob Cumming, James Strunk, Elijah Colbert, Brittney, Branden and Seth Colbert.

She was preceded by her parents and one daughter: Eunice Colbert.

Funeral services will be held at Zion Lutheran Church, Pinckneyville, IL on Saturday, November 1, 2008 at 11:00 a.m. with Reverend Jon Smithly officiating. Interment will be in Trinity Lutheran Cemetery, Conant, IL.

Friends may call at Pyatt Funeral Home, Pinckneyville, IL on Friday from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. and on Saturday from 9:00 a.m. until 11:00 a.m. at Zion Lutheran Church.
