Christopher Police Officer Killed in Head-On Crash

</element><element id="paragraph-1" type="body"><![CDATA[ Details are sketchy about the death of part-time Christopher police officer Shaun Oldani, 30, who died as a result of an auto accident that occurred Monday afternoon north of Mt. Vernon on Illinois Route 37.

According to Christopher police officer Andrew Trogolo, Oldani was killed in a head-on collision with another vehicle. The accident remains under investigation.
