Deputies Make Four Arrests
</element><element id="paragraph-1" type="body"><![CDATA[ On Thursday, September 18, the Perry County Sheriff's Department executed several arrest warrants in Pinckneyville, DuQuoin and Nashville.
Deputies assisted in the warrant arrest in Nashville.
Shon Middleton,31,of Pinckneyville was arrested and charged with forgery, a class 3 felony, and violation o probation. Bond was set at $30,000 on the forgery charge and $20,000 on the probation charge.
Nicholas Newkirk-Turner, 19, of DuQuoin was arrested and charged with predatory criminal sexual assault of a child, a Class X felony. Bond was set at $100,000.
Amanda Cunningham, 22, of DuQuoin was arrested and charged with predatory sexual assault of a child (accountability), a class X felony. Bond was set at $100,000.
Jody Haltenhoff, 34, of Nashville was arrested and charged with custodial sexual misconduct and unauthorized bringing of contraband into a penal institution by an felonies. Bond was set at $30,000.
