The Lady Warriors, who are now 11-1, trailed 4-2 entering their final at bat and knotted the score at 4-4 on Cassidy Rice's two-run double.
"Big comeback and a big win," DMS coach Jason James said. "We had a great comeback in the last inning to pull off the win."
Carley Hill and Amanda Williams drew one-out walks to begin the rally, both racing home on Rice's hit. Robinson then scored Rice.
At the plate, Rice and Robinson each recorded two safeties.
Rice knocked in three runs with Hadley Marek and Kate Toler also smacking hits.
Abby Myers and Katrina Whitley each swiped a pair of bases.
Rice (11-1) allowed only three hits, striking out 12.
Du Quoin is 5-1 in Junior Southwestern Egyptian Conference (Jr. SWEC) play and hosts Sparta Tuesday.
"We really didn't look comfortable at the plate all game long," admitted James. "But that is something we can work on and get better at."
