Baseball Warriors Undefeated Through First Seven Games

DMS (7-0, 5-0 in Junior Southwestern Egyptian Conference) ripped Chester 12-1 in five innings.

Tuesday, Du Quoin hosts Sparta.

"We had a great first inning and were patient at the plate, said DMS coach Tim Craft. "It was good to get Garrett back on the mound."

Dorsey (1-0) was also 2-for-2 at the plate with three RBI. Nate Boss also had two hit and three RBI.

Youngman knocked in two more runs.

Brenden Fred, Austin Mansker, Travis Chapman and Dalton Donoghue all hit safely.

Boss tripled as Du Quoin scored 10 of its runs in the first inning.
