</element><element id="paragraph-1" type="body"><![CDATA[The Ellis Grove Village Board held their meeting on Monday, August 4, 2008.

At the meeting the Board acted on the following: They passed an Ordinance relating to Vicious & Dangerous Dogs; they approved a payment of $7500.00 to J. T. Blankinship & Associates for engineering fees related to the construction of the water tower.

The September board meeting will be held on Monday, September 8.
