</element><element id="paragraph-1" type="body"><![CDATA[ Lora J. "Jeanni" Janiak, 59, of Riverdale, Ga, passed away at 11:27 p.m., Friday, March 21, 2008 at Heartland Regional Medical Center in Marion.

Lora was born on Oct. 12, 1948 in Wayne, MI to Rennie & Dorothy (Wilbanks) Bedar. She was baptized Catholic and attended Sacred Heart Catholic Grade School. She graduated from Du Quoin High School. After graduation from Southern Illinois University at Carbondale, she worked seventeen years as a customer service representative for Georgia Pacific in Atlanta.

In her spare time, Lora enjoyed traveling, especially to Panama City, Fla. She liked NASCAR and followed the antics of Tony Stewart. She enjoyed slot machines and spending time with the people she loved.

She is survived by her son and daughter in law, Matthew & Jamie Janiak of Lawrenceville, Ga.; Mother, Dorothy Collins of Du Quoin; brother, Rick Bedar of Du Quoin; brother, Chuck Bedar of Du Quoin; loving aunt, Marguerite Matyi of Christopher; uncles, Henry Bedar of Christopher and Bill Wilbanks of Pacific, Mo.; and nieces Tracy Bedar of Hawaii, and Don Bedar of Mount Vernon.

She was preceded in death by her father; grandparents, Henry and Carmen Bedar, and Earl and Laura Wilbanks; and uncles Earl, Jim, and Bobby Wilbanks.

Private memorial services will be held at a later date. Mitchell-Hughes Funeral Home in Marion is planning memorial arrangements.
