Elkville Library, New and Improved

</element><element id="paragraph-1" type="body"><![CDATA[The Elkville Public Library is finished rearranging the books and interior of the library shelf placements. The new shelves provide room for approxamately 3000 more books and give the room a better look without books stacked on top of shelves.
